Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the terms of this Agreement at the time of placing the order.

1. Parties

BUYER: The natural/legal person placing the order and whose details appear on the order form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sale price are specified, that the Buyer orders electronically via the Seller's website.

3. Product Information and Price

The type, kind, quantity, carat/weight information of the product and the sale price including all taxes are as stated in the information provided to the Buyer during the order and in the order summary. Prices are valid unless updated.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order, via the contracted courier company, within the legal period (at the latest 30 days). Delivery costs belong to the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused and in resalable condition together with its invoice and all accessories.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially produced in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs, or modified/personalised (name, date, custom design, etc.).

7. Return and Refund

In case of proper exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product price is refunded in accordance with the Buyer's payment method within 14 days following the return reaching the Seller.

8. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are authorised, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
